●China Motor Corporation (CMC) announced that its self-developed CMC ET35 electric light-duty truck has been adopted by HCT Logistics, with an initial deployment of 30 units, forming the largest electric logistics delivery fleet in Taiwan.

●Nanyang Industries officially announced that the Hyundai brand will participate in the 2026 Taipei New Car and New Energy Vehicle Show under the theme “HYUNDAI DRIVES BEYOND,” and previewed that the Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy will be displayed for the first time.

●Hino Motors announced that its Board of Directors has resolved to transfer management control of several consolidated subsidiaries by selling partial shareholdings to external partners. The transaction covers multiple sales companies across Japan, including East Hokkaido, Hokkaido, Miyagi, Fukushima, and South Kanto Hino Motors, with a combined 80% equity stake to be transferred to Hotai Motor. In addition, 88.5% of Shizuoka Hino Motors will be transferred to Aichi Hino Motors. The relevant share transfer agreements were signed on the same day, and the transaction is scheduled to be completed on 1ˢᵗ April 2026.

●Yulon Motor announced that its Board of Directors has approved the strategic transfer of 100% equity ownership of its wholly owned subsidiary Luxgen to Foxtron Vehicle Technologies, a joint venture established by Yulon Group and Hon Hai Precision Industry. The transaction value is NT$787.6 million. Classified as a major asset disposal, Yulon Motor held a press conference in accordance with Taiwan Stock Exchange regulations to explain the transaction details, rationale, and subsequent procedures, emphasizing that the decision was made after careful evaluation to enhance resource integration and operational efficiency.

●Foxtron Vehicle Technologies officially launched its new corporate website, revealing partial information about the Foxtron Bria electric vehicle.

●Yun San Motors officially unveiled the Aston Martin Vantage S, with a suggested retail price starting from NT$11,980,000, and also showcased the Aston Martin Valhalla at the same event.

●Ford Lio Ho announced that the all-new Ford Territory 1.5T Per4mance Hybrid Stunning Edition is now available for rental at selected Avis and IWS rental locations.
