●Xing Mobility signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with German high-end full-vehicle design firm Ideenion. The two parties will combine XING Mobility’s immersion-cooling technology—applied from cells to pack in a module-less architecture—with Ideenion’s vehicle design and engineering capabilities spanning development to mass production. Together, they will develop next-generation electrification solutions for the European market, covering high-performance commercial vehicles, electric-powered marine platforms, and energy-storage systems.

●Hotai Motor launched the “OpenHub Car Wash Map,” integrating nationwide car-wash information and digital service processes to offer more diverse conveniences for Toyota and Lexus owners.

●Sime Darby Auto Kia announced that the Kia Select official website has been fully upgraded to provide a one-stop trade-in and purchase experience.

●Jaguar Land Rover Taiwan announced that the Defender Trophy global adventure challenge will conduct a series of training sessions and qualifying events across Taiwan and worldwide over the next six months.

●Ford Lio Ho officially unveiled the all-new Ford Territory and began pre-sales for its 1.5T Per4mance Hybrid flagship passenger model, with prices starting from NT$1,099,000.

●VicOne announced it will once again co-host the third Pwn2Own Automotive 2026 zero-day vulnerability research contest with Trend Micro’s Zero Day Initiative (ZDI). The event will take place from Wednesday, 21ˢᵗ January to Friday, 23ʳᵈ January 2026 at Automotive World Tokyo. This year’s competition is title-sponsored by Tesla and Alpitronic.

●Taiwan Suzuki announced the official opening of the new Suzuki flagship dealership in Tucheng, New Taipei City.

●Taiwan Suzuki also announced a cross-brand collaboration between Suzuki AllGrip and Mizuno.

●Porsche Taiwan announced the lineup and pricing for the all-new Porsche Cayenne Electric, starting at NT$4,190,000 for the Cayenne Electric and NT$7,690,000 for the Cayenne Turbo Electric.

●PG Union announced the grand opening of the new Peugeot and Citroën Beitou showroom and authorized service center, operated by Star Union Motors.

●Xing Mobility debuted the industry’s first immersion-cooled 800V high-voltage DC backup battery module (BBU) and Power Rack at Super Computing’ 25 in the United States.

●Pan German Motors officially launched the new-model-year BMW i4, with variants priced as follows: i4 eDrive40 (from NT$2,790,000) and i4 M60 xDrive (from NT$3,330,000).

●iRent announced that the 2026 Toyota Corolla Altis Hybrid has officially joined its car-sharing fleet.
