21st April 2025

●Volkswagen Taiwan debuted the all-new, fully redesigned Volkswagen Passat and Tiguan for the first time during its dealer conference.

●PG Union announced plans to officially introduce the Alfa Romeo brand to Taiwan later this year.

22nd April 2025

●Micro-Star International officially launched the MSI EZgo portable travel charger and unveiled the ultra-slim integrated MSI Hyper 80 Dual DC fast charger at AUTOTRONICS TAIPEI 2025.

●HDRE and Shihlin Electric announced a joint venture named New Star Charging, which showcased the Titan series charging stations at the 2025 E-Mobility Taiwan exhibition.

●The STS Super Touring Car National Series announced its 2025 season opener will be held at Lihpao Racing Park G2 Circuit in Houli, Taichung, from April 25 to April 27.

●China Motor Corporation announced that its new ET35 electric 3.5-ton commercial vehicle will officially launch in Q3 of 2025.

●Modena Motori Taiwan officially unveiled the Maserati GT2 Stradale, limited to 914 units globally, with a suggested price starting from NT$19.68 million. The Maserati MCXtrema, limited to 62 units worldwide, was also displayed.

●Zerova Technology participated in the 2025 E-Mobility Taiwan exhibition with a booth constructed using FSC-certified recycled materials, incorporating carbon neutrality concepts. The booth reduces carbon emissions compared to traditional wooden setups. Exhibits included the iF Design Award 2025-winning concept product “D–Series Novae Power”, a full range of AC/DC chargers, an interactive experience wall, and an ESG sustainability zone.

●Porsche Taiwan officially launched the Porsche 911 Spirit 70, with a suggested price starting from NT$13.33 million.

●Ford Lio Ho announced the official opening of the new Ford Changhua showroom and service center.

●Volkswagen Taiwan officially launched the facelifted 8th-generation Volkswagen Golf, with variants and suggested retail prices as follows: 230 eTSI Life (from NT$1.068 million), 280 eTSI Life Premium (from NT$1.188 million), 280 eTSI Style (from NT$1.318 million), 280 eTSI R-Line (from NT$1.418 million), GTI (from NT$1.798 million), R Air (from NT$1.968 million), R Black Edition (from NT$2.078 million), Variant 280 eTSI Style (from NT$1.388 million), Variant 280 eTSI R-Line (from NT$1.488 million), and R Variant (from NT$2.208 million).

●Pan German Motors announced the launch of the new BMW brand concept store "FREUDE by BMW", which will be open from April 24 to July 8 at Xinyi A19 in Taipei.

●Škoda Taiwan, in collaboration with the Czech Economic and Cultural Office, participated in the 2025 Taipei AMPA and 2025 E-Mobility Taiwan, showcasing the Enyaq Coupé at their booth.

●The Taipei City Government announced a partnership with EVOASIS (Origin Technology) to launch over 300 AC smart charging stations across eight districts: Daan, Zhongshan, Zhongzheng, Neihu, Wenshan, Songshan, Xinyi, and Nangang.
