8ᵗʰ December 2025

●Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Taiwan officially launched the 2026 VWCV Multivan. The model lineup and suggested retail prices are as follows: the eight-seater TDI starting from NT$2,100,000, and the seven-seater Life starting from NT$2,100,000 and Style starting from NT$2,570,000.

9ᵗʰ December 2025

●Tesla Taiwan announced that all available Tesla Model 3 and Model Y units for the quarter have been sold out. With a large shipment of new vehicles arriving toward the end of each quarter, the company will conduct mass deliveries in December. Fourth-quarter deliveries are expected to exceed 6,000 units, representing a 68% increase compared with Q4 2024, and total annual registrations may surpass 15,000 units. Due to Tesla’s quarterly global production allocation limits, newly placed orders in Taiwan will be scheduled for the 2026 production cycle.

●Mercedes-Benz Taiwan announced that the all-new second-generation Mercedes-Benz GLB will be introduced in the future.

●The Taipei Motor Vehicles Importers and Exporters Association announced that the “2026 Taipei New Car and New Energy Vehicle Show” will be held from 31ˢᵗ December 2025 to 4ᵗʰ January 2026 at Taipei World Trade Center. With the core theme “Intelligent. Sustainable. Mobility,” the exhibition will gather automotive and motorcycle brands including Honda, Lexus, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Suzuki, Toyota, Fuso, Hyundai, Tesla, Harley-Davidson, BMW, Porsche, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, Peugeot, Royal Enfield, Mini, CMC, and Luxgen.

●PG Union announced that the Jeep brand is officially returning to the Taiwan market after a 15-year hiatus. The Jeep Wrangler model lineup and pre-sale prices are Sahara (from NT$2,098,000) and Rubicon (from NT$2,398,000).

●Škoda Taiwan announced that after leading the brand for 11 years, President Mr. Lee Yu-Lin will step down at the end of the year, with Mr. Wei Kuang-Shao to assume the role of President.

●Hotai Motor officially launched the facelifted Lexus RZ. The model lineup and suggested retail prices are RZ 500e Luxury (from NT$2,150,000), RZ 500e Flagship (from NT$2,350,000), and RZ 550e F SPORT (from NT$2,550,000).

●Motor Image Taiwan announced that Subaru has once again been named the 2026 Best Car Brand by Consumer Reports in the United States, and the sixth-generation Subaru Forester has been awarded the Japan Car of the Year title.

●Porsche Taiwan announced that the starting MSRP of the Porsche 911 GT3 90 F. A. Porsche is from NT$18,950,000.
