●EVALUE participated in the 2025 Taipei International Auto Parts & Accessories Show, debuting Taiwan’s highest-output 640kW EV charging equipment for the first time.

●HEP Group announced a collaboration with Chailease Auto Rental, a subsidiary of Chailease Holding, to enter the premium commercial vehicle market. The first model introduced will be the Brabus B30.

●Michelin Taiwan officially launched the Michelin Primacy 5 and Multi Energy 2 tires.

●Honda Taiwan officially unveiled the facelifted 11th-generation Honda Civic e:HEV, with a pre-sale price starting at NT$1.279 million. Official launch is scheduled for 26th April.

●Pan German Motors began pre-orders for the all-new, fully redesigned BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé, starting with the BMW 220 Gran Coupé M Racing Edition, priced from NT$1.89 million.

●Yun San Motors officially launched the Aston Martin Valhalla and announced the grand opening of Aston Martin’s flagship showroom and service center in Taichung.

●Sime Darby Auto Kia announced the official opening of the Kia Miaoli Toufen 3S Showroom, operated by Shanghe Motors.

●Hotai Motor officially launched the new Toyota Live Streaming Platform.

●The Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) announced it will host the “360° MOBILITY Mega Shows” from 23rd April to 26th April at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1, combining two major mobility industry exhibitions — the Taipei International Auto Parts & Accessories Show (Taipei AMPA) and E-Mobility Taiwan, to present a fresh vision of smart mobility. The event will also be held alongside Autotronics Taipei.

●Zerova Technology announced it will participate in the E-Mobility Taiwan Show, showcasing a complete lineup of AC/DC smart charging solutions.

●Volkswagen Taiwan officially launched the 2025 model year Volkswagen T-Roc, with trims and suggested prices as follows: 280 TSI Life(from NT$1.148 million),280 TSI Style Design(from NT$1.248 million), 330 TSI R-Line Performance(from NT$1.448 million), R(from NT$1.828 million).

●Hotai Motor announced the start of the 2025 Toyota GAZOO Racing Corolla Cup one-make race series. The competition will take place at Lihpao Racing Park in Taichung, with three rounds and a total of six races. The race cars are uniformly modified Corolla Altis GR SPORT models, built for safety and fairness by Hotai and its professional technical team. Round 1: 3rd May (Sat) – 4th May (Sun); Round 2: 5th July (Sat) – 6th July (Sun); Round 3: 27th September (Sat) – 28th September (Sun).

●MSI officially announced its title sponsorship of the Mercedes-AMG Esports Team MSI, officially entering the latest RENNSPORT R1 virtual racing esports series.

●Hotai Motor announced the second round of applications for the “Hotai Group x StarFab Accelerator” is now open for startups through 13th May. This phase focuses on AI empowerment, data governance, and smart vehicle connectivity, and expands partnerships to include Carmax and Hotai Toyota Material Handling, promoting innovation in vehicle connectivity and warehouse management to advance industry transformation.

●ADATA Technology’s subsidiary Awayspeed and CARPOST co-launched a “Zero Rent Dream Plan” to help entrepreneurs start businesses with electric three-wheel commercial vehicles.
