●The Miaoli County Government, in alignment with its 2025 net-zero carbon emissions goal, has secured funding from the Directorate General of Highways to establish a roadside parking fee management platform and an EV charging station project. The project will be executed in two phases, installing a total of 155 charging stations. The first phase will focus on Toufen City, Zhunan Township, and Miaoli City, with 107 charging guns. The second phase will prioritize tourist attractions, installing 48 charging guns.

●The Kaohsiung City Government announced that it is collaborating with NVIDIA, Foxconn, and other enterprises to advance the "Smart Kaohsiung Lighthouse Project." This initiative will utilize generative AI platforms and computing power to address transportation and interdepartmental challenges.

●The Keelung City Government has allocated NT$2 billion to fully electrify its urban bus fleet. Over the next two years, 164 new low-floor electric buses will be procured.
●The China Passenger Car Association reported that China's automotive industry revenue in 2024 reached RMB 10.647 trillion, marking a 4% growth compared to 2023. However, total profits declined by 8% to RMB 462.3 billion, with an overall industry profit margin of 4.3%.

●Tesla CEO Elon Musk stated that Tesla has made progress in autonomous driving and new vehicle development, predicting a return to growth in 2025. He announced plans to launch Tesla's autonomous ride-hailing service in Austin, Texas, this June, with expansion to other U.S. cities by the end of the year. Additionally, Tesla is advancing its affordable EV project, aiming to begin production in the first half of 2025. The fully autonomous Cybercab is expected to be officially launched in 2026.
